Here are the results of the July 26th cone 6 range firing of brush decorated work with feldspar/ash glazing. There is a definite oxidation/reduction line from left to right the higher up in the kiln you go.
Top level pretty much everything is oxidized on the left and reduced on the right. This slowly moves toward oxidation in a left to right, front to back direction as one moves towards the bottom of the stack.

Unloading the pots from the latest firing and while the results were somewhat disappointing, there were a few very nice pots in the load. Most of the tokkuri came out ok, as did some of the refire pieces. Pictured here are one of the tokkuri and two of the refired sake cups.
