Chosen Karatsu Kozara (Abalone)

This small abalone shaped dish is made from red Karatsu clay mixed with single stone porcelain and weathered porcelain granules. Glazed with
two different ash glazes that are applied so that they melt together and run during the firing, creating a dramatic waterfall effect. Here, they have pooled
together in the bowl in various shades of white, brown, blue, and yellow.
